VIRTUAL ORGANIZING

Don't live in Jacksonville, Florida or need help getting started and completing the project? You may have the time and creativity to organize on your own, but need someone to simply help you get started.
This option will show you what to buy and how to complete your organizing project.

This option allows you to organize on your own time schedule. You will get the benefits of a customized plan and personalized advice for your home or office that meets your budget. Includes:
- 60-minute walk through in-person (local service area only) or video chat.
- Customized organizing plan for your needs with a detailed shopping list and easy-to-follow instructions
-7 day and 30 day check-in emails after project completion to ensure project success or revisit.
REMODEL PREPARATION
Embarking on a renovation project can be exciting and overwhelming, so it’s a good idea to clear as much space as possible before the chaos ensues. Think about what you want and need in your new room, and thoroughly declutter the area. We will clear, organize & coordinate storage to ensure an easy and seamless process.

Do you or a loved one need to move from a home packed to the ceiling with a lifetime of precious memories into a one-bedroom condo? Whether it is the inherited family home that needs clearing, downsizing to a new life, or just deciding to reclaim your space. With respect and care, we can do as much or as little as you wish.

Thorough check on each envelope, box, file, book, clothes and bag locating treasurers, money and important documents like stocks and bonds, titles, insurance papers and checks

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT

This option is for our returning clients who have already worked with us to organize most or all of their homes/offices and are in need of support maintaining their new organizing systems or help with daily tasks.
We often schedule these sessions every other week, once a month or once a quarter. Having a professional organizer in your life is similar to having a personal assistant. It’s just one more way we at Elit Organizing are committed to helping you get organized.
This service can vary from client to client and include but not limited to:
- Filing papers
- Take down and storage of holiday decor
- Integrating new household items into the client’s organizing system
- Packing or unpacking suitcases after lengthy trips
- Party or Special Events
- Clearing off clutter on counters, desks and beds
- Folding laundry
- Emptying dishwasher
- Schedule appointments
- Running errands
- Walking your dog
- Pick up or drop off dry cleaners
HOLIDAY TAKE DOWN
No matter when you choose to end the season, with this service we’ll take down and organize your interior decorations while you enjoy the New Year!
INCLUDED IN EVERY PROJECT:​

- Research and designing layouts ​before and in-between sessions
- Removal of donations. If it won’t fit in our car, we’ll coordinate a pick-up or help you list it on

​We prefer to use storage you already have, but can also recommend or purchase additional products for you. Shopping for storage is available upon request and additional supply costs are not included.
​RATES:
- $75/h - 1 organizer, on location, 4-hour minimum
* For larger projects additional organizers might be needed and aren't included in hourly rate
Due to hot weather in Florida, garages and outdoor projects are limited to cooler days and mornings only from
May 1st - October 1st. Some exceptions may apply.

- $65/h - Virtual organizing

* $100 non refundable deposit required to secure your appointment

CANCELATION POLICY:
- All cancelations made less than 24 hours prior appointment are subject to $100 cancellation fee.
